Hiring through us follows the same path every time. Here is exactly what happens, who does what, and how long each stage takes.
You share the role, salary, start date and whether the candidate is already in the UAE or relocating. We confirm cost, structure and a realistic timeline.
We issue a MOHRE-compliant offer letter and a bilingual employment contract with the correct fixed term, probation and benefit clauses for signature.
Work permit, entry permit, medical fitness test, Emirates ID and residence visa, plus health insurance and ILOE enrolment, all processed by us.
Salary runs monthly through WPS. We manage leave, renewals, gratuity accrual and any contract changes for as long as the person is employed.
Everything starts with the basics: the job title, the gross monthly salary, the intended start date, and the candidate's current status. Are they already in the UAE on a visa that can be transferred, or are they relocating from abroad? The answer changes the timeline materially, because an in-country status change is faster than a fresh entry permit and medical.
We come back with a clear quote, the recommended salary structure, and a stage-by-stage timeline so there are no surprises.
Once you approve, we issue a MOHRE-compliant offer letter. After the candidate accepts, we prepare a bilingual employment contract. UAE contracts are fixed-term, so we set the term, probation period of up to six months, notice period and benefits in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and your instructions.
The contract is what regulators, banks and the visa system all reference. Getting the basic-salary split, probation and notice right at this stage is what keeps gratuity, overtime and any future termination clean and dispute-free.
This is the heaviest stage and the one we own completely. In sequence: the work permit through MOHRE, the entry permit, a status change if the person is already in the country, the medical fitness test, Emirates ID biometrics with ICP, and the residence-visa stamping through GDRFA. We also put mandatory health insurance and ILOE unemployment insurance in place, since both are conditions of a valid residence permit and lawful employment.
For a candidate already in the UAE this can move in around ten days. For a relocation, plan for roughly two to three weeks once documents are in hand.
With the visa issued, the employee goes onto WPS payroll. Each month we run the salary through approved channels, issue payslips and keep records. Beyond payroll we track leave balances, manage public holidays, accrue gratuity, handle visa renewals before they lapse, and process any salary or role changes you request. If the person eventually leaves, we run a compliant offboarding and final settlement.
Fill out the form with your role and we will walk you through the exact timeline and cost for your situation.
