Why we built this

The UAE is one of the most attractive places in the world to base talent: no personal income tax, a global hub between Europe, Africa and Asia, and a deep pool of skilled expats. Yet for a foreign company, getting one person legally employed here means navigating three federal authorities, visa sponsorship, Arabic contracts, the Wage Protection System and mandatory insurance, before a single salary is paid.

Most companies do not want to learn all of that just to make a hire. We did learn it, so they do not have to. As the legal employer of record, we take on the sponsorship and the compliance, and hand back a clean, simple way to employ people in the Emirates.

What we believe

That the licensing question is not a detail. The most important promise an EOR can make in the UAE is that your people are sponsored by a properly licensed employer, not routed through an unverified third party. We are transparent about how and under what licence your team is employed.

That compliance is a service, not a disclaimer. UAE employment rules change often, from WPS timing to Golden Visa thresholds to nationwide health-insurance mandates. Keeping your contracts current is our job, not a problem we pass back to you.

That pricing should be honest. One clear monthly fee, statutory costs passed through at cost, and the full picture before you commit.
