Why an EOR

Employer of Record UAE: the fast, compliant way into the market

Setting up a mainland LLC or free-zone entity takes weeks of paperwork, capital and ongoing administration. An Employer of Record lets you put a person on the ground first, then decide on an entity later, if ever.

Live in days, not months

We already hold a UAE trade licence and visa quota. Your hire can be sponsored, insured and on WPS payroll in 10 to 15 business days, instead of the one to three months an entity setup usually takes.

Compliance is ours, not yours

Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 governs every UAE contract: fixed terms, probation rules, gratuity, notice periods and WPS salary payment. We carry that responsibility as the legal employer.

No capital, no commitment

No share capital, no office lease, no PRO to manage. Pay one predictable monthly fee per employee and scale the team up or down as your UAE plans evolve.

Mainland

Work anywhere in the UAE

Sponsored under MOHRE, mainland employees can work across all seven emirates. This is the route we use by default because it gives your team full mobility and is the EOR norm.

Specialist common-law contracts

DIFC and ADGM run their own employment laws and savings-based end-of-service schemes. We can structure here when you specifically need financial-centre contracts.

Common questions

Hiring in the UAE, answered

Can I hire in the UAE without my own company?
Yes. As your Employer of Record, we are the legal employer of record on paper. We sponsor the visa under our own UAE trade licence and run a compliant contract and payroll, so you never need to register an entity.
How quickly can someone start?
For a candidate already in the UAE on a transferable status, onboarding can take around 10 days. For a relocation involving an entry permit and medical, plan for roughly two to three weeks once documents are in hand.
Is salary really tax-free?
There is no personal income tax in the UAE, so employees keep their full gross salary. Separately, expats do not pay social security; their long-service benefit is the end-of-service gratuity.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee per employee, plus the gross salary and pass-through statutory costs such as visa and insurance. See our pricing page for how the model works.
Do you handle offboarding too?
Yes. We calculate and pay the final settlement, including gratuity and accrued leave, within the legal window and cancel the visa promptly to avoid overstay penalties.
